Exceptional stay! Positive: Stunning, stylish apartment with everything needed and more, excellent location in the park square. Negative: Couldn't fault anything.

Wow what can I say! What an incredible place to stay, incredibly well equipped, refurbed to the highest standards, absolute luxury! Will 100% stay again!

Fantastic location on a pretty park. Great for dogs. Positive: Spacious but cosy. Negative: Noises from the car park outside the bedroom window.

Just ownderful, wished we had booked longer! Positive: Amazing apartments. We stayed there in Dec 2025 the night before our daughters graduation and it was only about £25 more expensive than the Premier Inn. The apartment and actually the building is just stunning and the location from central Leeds is excellent, just a few minutes walk away, and yet you get to look out onto a lovely green square. When we went the apartment and the entrance were decorated in the most beautiful Christmas decorations. Scott was super helpful with arrangements by WhatsApp as the time approached for our stay. Negative: Tiny things, but in the master bedroom if you are a big guy like me you have to swivel a little bit as you walk past the bottom of the bed to avoid hitting your shoulder on the wall-mounted tv, but there is plenty of space elsewhere. Parking, if you book the parking at extra cost then ask for a photograph of the entrance as it is a bit tricky to find (and bit tight if you have a big car, we have a medium sized SUV and just had a to be a little careful).

Very relaxing and great location. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. Positive: Very friendly and polite and so easy to gain access without any hassle. Negative: Nothing.
